No, sorry, that's the sanmon gate of Hounen-in, which is on the east side of Tetsugaku-no-michi, the path of philosophy. Highly recommended for the beautiful paths, and it is famous for the camellia flowers in march/april. Search my blog for "hounen-in", "camellia", "wabi-sabi" and "after the rain" for more pictures from this lovely temple. The long steps of black stones with camellia flowers can be seen in various advertising posters from time to time, they are really eye-catching.
