My mother is from the Hiroshima area, now we live in Anaheim. She also used to put out plastic bottles to scare off the cats. Truthfully though, it never seemed to work. Maybe it only works on Japanese cats...haha.

By the way, I miss Japan so much...I'm totally urayamashii!!!
